Today...Girls of Grace in the Fellowship Hall at 5 pm.
Cookies, bars, snacks and treats are needed for the college care boxes. These boxes are sent to our college students to support them during their final exams. If you would like to contribute homemade or store bought treats, please place your items on the designated table in the fellowship hall by Sunday morning, April 3. Approximately 11 boxes will be packed. Parents, if you haven't provided your college student's name and address, please contact Nancy Swartzendruber or Dale Ackerman ASAP.
Our nursery is open to have children up to age 4 cared for during the worship service. If you are a parent and would like to have your child/children in the nursery please contact Caitlin Buggia @ creiter_19@yahoo.com or just show up at 9:30 am on Sundays. Also, youth & adults help is needed to provide care for the little ones of our congregation. Please contact Caitlin to inform her of your willingness to serve.
The Faithfully Fit program ends this Thursday at the end of the month. They had a good week this week, moving 235 miles on the way to better health, marking over 2700 miles total. Their total weight loss is now over 154 pounds. Mark your calendars now for the ending celebration on Wednesday, April 20. Everyone is welcome to join the healthy potluck and award ceremony at 6 pm.
It's not too late to join the Grief Share Support Group on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm. Is there someone you know who is struggling with Grief? Pick up a flyer at the Welcome Center. Let Marie know if you plan to attend the sessions or the meal at 5:30 pm
The Youth for Christ spring banquet is on Thursday, April 28, 6:30 pm at the Franklin Inn. RSVP by April 20th to 989-453-3239 for your ticket. Ticket cost is $15/person. A free will offering will be taken to support the ministry of Bluewater Thumb YFC. Honoring the past, celebrating the present and ready for the future.
Passion Week Prayer Path: We will be setting up the Passion Week Prayer Path in the Pigeon Park again this year. Set-up is scheduled for Tuesday, April 5th. Contact Tim Maust or Pastor Dave if you are available to help.
Need to order coffee? Our orders will be placed on a regular basis every other month. So please have your order in the box by the first Sunday of the even months. Pick up will be on the following Sunday.
The spring concert, "Joy in the House" of the Thumb Community Concert Choir is on Friday night, April 8 @ 7 pm and on Sunday, April 10 @ 3 pm. The free concert will be at the USA High school auditorium. A free will offering will be taken.
