The Bridges International group at Michigan State is planning to visit our area on Saturday and Sunday, October 22-23. Would you consider hosting some of these students? Host families would pick up their guests Saturday at 5 pm and bring them to church Sunday morning. A potluck meal is planned for Sunday noon for everyone to have time to interact with the students. A sign-up sheet is on the Welcome Center. Contact Marie for more details.

A Youth for Christ Benefit Concert will be on Thursday, October 20th @ 7 pm. at the Laker High School Auditorium. This is a free concert with a free will offering taken. Contact 989-453-3239 for more details.


On October 8th, 2-4 pm there is a farewell event for April Schmidt, the former director of Positive Alternatives at The Brentwood in Caro. You are invited to join them in wishing her the best as she begins her new calling.
