Announcements

Summer Sunday School helpers are needed to assist the leader. Both for toddler age children and K- 5th grade. Please contact Jenna Maust when you are able to serve our children this summer.

The adults will have an option for further discussion and sermon reflection taught by Pastor Dave. Please see the insert for a schedule. “In the Gospels Jesus asks 307 questions. By contrast, He only asked 183 questions. Most striking of all, Jesus gives direct answers to only eight of those 183 questions he is asked. It seems clear that Jesus prefers to be the one asking the questions. In fact, Jesus is more than forty times more likely to ask a question than to answer one directly.”[1] What might we learn from studying Jesus’ questions? How might Jesus’ approach invite us to engage our faith with fresh perspective? These are the questions we will wrestle with in our summer sermon and Sunday school series… “Faith in Jeopardy.”

Vacation Bible School registration is now open. Parents, please save a spot for your kids today! Please invite and encourage your children's friends from school to participate again this year. We want to share the hope of Christ with all!

Our kick-off to Summer Campfires was well attended! If you missed it you have a chance to attend the remaining ones for June, July & August. Please see the insert in your bulletin for the schedule.

Youth Mission Trip The youth group Summer mission trip is being planned for June 17-19. And we could use your help. If You’re interested in going, youth, family, or congregation members, let Pastor Bill know by Sunday June 8th . Sooner than that is appreciated however, as background checks will need to be performed on adults and waiver forms distributed to students and

received back. We will be clearing trails, so there will be need for adults to operate chainsaws and a woodchipper. There will also be need for ATV’s, pickups, skid steers and the like to help tie onto downed trees and drag them from the woods to be processed for firewood and trail mulch. If you have questions feel free to contact Pastor Bill.

Praying for our missionaries: Our mission agency, Rosedale International, has provided prayer cards and booklets to guide us in our prayers for our partners in spreading God's word to the least reached people groups. The cards are displayed with clothes pins in front of a wall hanging next to the library. We invite you to take a prayer booklet to keep in a spot where you pray and/or borrow a prayer card for the week and then return it the following Sunday after lifting that worker(s) up in prayer.

Donate: You can mail in your donation or use our online giving portal at One Church. You can also check out how easy it is to send a text message to give. Simply text the word "GIVE" and your amount to (833)428-2181. If you would like to schedule direct deposit donations, please contact Darrel Yoder. We appreciate your generosity and flexibility.
