      Please pray for the Morrison family (Jack's in-laws). Their oldest daughter (Desi) is being induced tomorrow, about 1 month before her due date; and their middle son (Caleb) is having surgery to address a heart issue... also scheduled tomorrow.

        Carter has to see a specialist tomorrow for a bead he stuck in his nose last night while I was in the ER. The local faster care and urgent care at the hospital couldn’t get the bead out. Keep him in your prayer for his nerves, that he gets a wonderful doctor (he’s nervous), and that it comes out smoothly. Thank you for your prayers for him.

        1. Carter Is going to grove city tomorrow to get the bead hopefully removed since no other local specialist have any availability for him till October or November. Please pray they can get it out and that Carter stays calm. I am sad I can’t be with him however my morher-in-law has been a blessing waiting with me most of Monday and then had to go wait with Carter for awhile too. Bless her heart and I thank the Lord that I have her. Thank you all for your prayers, thoughts, and reaching out. It truly helps!

        Please keep myself and the staff at Butler hospital in your prayers. I have bilirubin in my urine and it is dark. I have been having upper abdomen pain going all the way though to my back since Saturday at roughly 3 p.m. as well as I was sick this morning 5 times in a row and couldn’t sleep. I will keep you all updated. Thank you for your prayers. 🙏

          Nate Watkin's mom and stepdad recently sold their house because it was just too much mortgage for them, and they are trying to downsize and retire. They've been looking for a place to buy or rent, but they are having very little success since the market is so crazy right now and prices are sky high. They've been bouncing between staying with family and living in hotels and they're starting to get scared. Please pray for them, and, if you know someone who has rental properties please let me know so can pass the information on. They need a breakthrough, and Nate is trying to pull at every thread he can. Thanks.

          Hello EMC Family, I am so excited for us to be together soon for our EMC General Conference. When we gather every four years, it always feels a little like a family reunion for me and I love getting to see and visit with you all.  As you know, General Conference is where decisions are made regarding all aspects of the EMC including Discipline revisions, the election of Officers, Boards, Committees, Departments and Auxiliaries, and other important decisions. The business items we walk through are all important and part of the work of the ministry God has called us to. We also will worship together, be challenged by God's Word, and spend time at the altar praying for one another. We'll witness an Ordination Service as the Ordinands take vows and are commissioned for ministry. We will celebrate our Global Conferences and what God is doing across the world... Wow, I'm getting even more excited as I type all these great things that will happen in just a few short days together!  It is critical that all of this is bathed in prayer.  We want all of our decisions to be led by the Holy Spirit and be in harmony with God's will, therefore the Prayer Department is asking that you join us in daily prayer over these next 10 days leading to General Conference asking our Lord to prepare us all to be led by His Spirit. Here are some things we can pray for together:  - Wisdom as we make every decision  - God's will in every election  - Our speakers and worship leaders - Our Kids Kamp children and their leaders / Our Teens and their Youth program leaders - Our Global Conferences and Leaders - Unity among us even when we may disagree Thanks for joining me daily to pray!  Judy Edwards  Department of Prayer

              From Cathy Hosak: Good morning. We didn't get home till after midnight last night. They gave him an MRI and took pictures of his eyes. Everything came out great. Nothing wrong. So they are saying most definitely migraines. And since I get one every other week, we know how to combat those. So thankful for nothing more 🙏🏻🙏🏻
