Hi everyone, I am a Logos user since 1993, when I bought it for Windows 3.11 on 720Kb floppies! I'd love to get the Gold version.
Logos has come a long way and has improved tremendously. From basic features like looking up Bible passages, copying text to my word processor, linking dictionaries and other books to the Bible text, Logos has become a real powerhouse to do Bible study, to prepare sermons, and to read many different digital resources, and it links to Proclaim as well. I love the fact that I can read all my Logos books on my ipad.
Thank you for your applications and resources that have grown not only with the tech advances but also with the needs and opportunities in ministry. God bless all Faithlife staff!
- Hello, everybody, I have been with logos since 1995 I have upgraded several times already and there is still a lot of things I don't know but I love it.
- Thankful for many friendly Faithlife and Forum discussions: have learned a lot plus have a lot to learn. Thankful for Logos 4 Mac alpha pre-releases, which felt like Christmas every week or two as more features were enabled for use. Comparing Logos 4 on Mac and Windows provided opportunity to learn many capabilities. Thankful for lots of enhancements in Logos 5, 6, and 7 so still learning along with being amazed: e.g. visual filters created using Logos 4 still work in Logos 7 (so can "see" range of Greek verbal expression in many languages). Note: still have Series 3 CD's from initial purchase.
