Proclaim did not record our sermon again today. Ran a test before the service and it worked fine, but then it did not record the sermon during the service.
- Matt, recording worked fine last week, but not this week. I ran the test before the service. When I closed Proclaim I got the sermon recording window just fine. During the service the person who normally runs Proclaim operated it. It is certainly possible that there was some "operator error" involved there, but I'm not sure what it would have been. I have sermon recording cues in the presentation and it seems like the slides were advanced as they should have been. Remind me again where to send the log files. I'd be happy to talk by phone, but I'm not at the computer that we use to run the program on Sundays and probably won't be there until sometime later in the week.
- Hey Pat Damiani I apologize I meant the week before we had a missing recording that you posted about. When you say closed Proclaim are you hitting the X in the top right corner? Or are you going on air and then hitting on air again to go off air to bring up the sermon recording menu? (the recommended/ideal method) Could you ask the operator how he goes 'off air' during Sunday service? You can send the log files to proclaimsupport@faithlife.com Go to Help > save log files > email us that zip file. What day do you think you will be at your church with the operator who runs your presentation? Do you want to comment on this thread when you are and we can reach out then?
- Matt, I was the one who went Off Air this week and honestly can't remember how I did it - more than likely just by hitting the x in the top right hand corner.
