Hi there, since yesterday's update I can't use the "re-use item" function for my presentations. We had a meeting last night at church where I wanted to add a song that we had used the previous Sunday. I had to add it as a new song. This morning at my home I tried it out on my ladies group presentation and the same thing happened. You type in the item you want to re-use and it just hangs, nothing more happens.
- Hello Angela Goose, How is your internet connection, and are you seeing a rotating blue circle indicating it is trying to load? You can always go to Help > Save Log files, and send those to proclaimsupport@faithlife.com , and we can see if anything else may be going on.
- Hmm, it is ok now at my home. It could be an internet thing, but I would have expected that to affect being able to add a new song (as apposed to re-using one). Our internet at church can be a bit suspect and the weather was stormy. I will test it again on Sunday and send you log files if it still isn't working.
