I am trying to solve a problem with renewing our subscription, but selecting a different presentation group than before. Our monthly subscription used to be connected to the "Harvest Fellowship's presentation group" and when I upgraded and renewed to an annual subscription, I selected a different group than before titled, "Harvest Fellowship Stevens". Everything "seemed" fine on Sunday, but my son who does the presenting, informed me that all our CCLI songs that we had downloaded and customized were GONE which is a pretty big deal. I know I had to backup our previous service set from the old group and I imported it into the new group, but all of our songs are gone. What is the best solution? Is there a way to recover those songs from the old presentation group and import them into the new group? That would be ideal or would we be able to re-associate our current subscription with the old presentation group? Any help before Sunday would be most appreciated.
- Thank you Justin. I saw that our current subscription was cancelled and then renewed. I would hope that we wouldn't be charged twice, but can you check on your end before I have to ask our church treasurer to look? I saw the Proclaim Standard subscription we enrolled in on the 13th was switch off to auto-renew, but not the Pro Media. So I cancelled the auto renew for the 13th Pro Media subscription. Everything looks good, but like I said, I am hoping we weren't charged twice for both subscriptions. Please let me know than. Thanks again!
- Hello Harvest Fellowship, Sorry if those e-mails are confusing. So in order for me to transfer your subscription, I basically had to refund the old one, and reprocess a new one without actually refunding and recharging money. It's my way of "moving it" on our end, there should be absolutely no changes to your billing statements.
