In the reading for tomorrow (Ezekiel 12:1-20) think about the following questions and post your thoughts for the group to see and respond to:
1. Who is God talking to (what characteristic does God point out)?
2. Why do you think God had Ezekiel go through the pantomime in front of the people?
3. What do you think was God’s purpose for warning the people of what was to come?
4. How can this message apply to us?
Let us stregnthen each other through prayer and sharing each day.

- God is referencing a rebellious nature. The Israelites would repeatedly be exiled as a result of their rebellion against God’s word
- Here are my answers to the questions: 1. God is talking to rebellious people. 2. God had Ezekiel go through the pantomime to give the message in a graphic way so they would clearly understand what God was saying to them. 3. God was warning the people so they would reflect, repent and return to following God’s instructions for their lives. 4. This message can apply to me because we are all subject to wandering from what God is telling us to follow our own inclinations. It is vital to “keep your eyes upon Jesus” to stay in line with the will of God.
