I've gone back a few weeks looking to publish sermons that have been missed, and even though they show as "recorded", but I get the error that I need to check another computer. Can they be found so that I can publish them?
- Originally I tried to publish from home, but an error showed. I then went to the computer in the sanctuary that we use for Proclaim only. Same error. I made sure there were recording cues. It shows under the “Recordings” tab at the top of the screen that the recording has minutes, but it will not load. Going back, I’ve found three services like this since November.
- Hello Sandra Halliburton, Would you mind sending me some log files from the computer in the sanctuary? You can save these by going to Help > Save Log Files and emailing them to us at support@faithlife.com Also, I'd like to arrange a time if we can to look at the sanctuary computer. So if you want to include some times that would be convenient for you we can arrange that!
