I am using Logos 8.4. I am trying to do a search for the New Testament passages that quote passages, or refers to passages n Genesis. Can that be done, or is that too vague?
- You can find the "New Testament Use of the Old Testament" in your "Tool" section. Once selected, choose Genesis under "Book (Source)" and you will see 228 results.

Derek Chancellor, as Daniel Bagley said, you can do this with the NT Use of the OT interactive: https://ref.ly/logosres/interactive:ntuseofot. But you can also do this in Bible Browser: https://ref.ly/logos4/BibleBrowser?res=LLS%3aNIV2011&context=Verse&facets=CategoryId%3dIntertext%5e2%7cCategoryTitle%3dSource%7cTermId%3dbk.%2525BookOfGenesis_Writing%7cTermTitle%3dGenesis. Or in search: {Label Intertext WHERE Corpus ~ "New Testament" AND Relationship ~ "Citation" AND Source ~ <Genesis>}. There are 10 direct quotations of Genesis in the NT. If you broaden to allusions, etc., you'll get 152 with {Label Intertext WHERE Corpus ~ "New Testament" AND Source ~ <Genesis>}: https://ref.ly/logos4/Search?kind=BibleSearch&q=%7BLabel+Intertext+WHERE+Corpus+~+%22New+Testament%22+AND+Source+~+%3CGenesis%3E%7D&match=nostem&exactref=true&in=raw%3aSingle%7CResourceId%3dLLS%3aNIV2011.- Thanks for the help. I figured Logos could do what I wanted, if I could just find out how. Very powerful program!
