The Curse Lifted in the Millenium | La Maldición Levantada en el Milenio
"Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under, from the right side of the house at the south side of the altar. (Ezekiel 47:1)
Then said he to me, This water flows toward the eastern region, goes down into the valley, and enters the sea. When it reaches the sea, its waters are healed.
And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes.
It shall be that fishermen will stand by it from En Gedi to En Eglaim; they will be places for spreading their nets. Their fish will be of the same kinds as the fish of the Great Sea, exceedingly many. (Ezekiel 47:8-10)
In our last time together, we saw that there would be both topological and geological changes to Jerusalem and elsewhere upon the Lord's return and during the millennial reign of Jesus. Besides these things, there will also be amazing changes to both man and beast during this time period... and more.
"I will rejoice in Jerusalem, And joy in My people; The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, Nor the voice of crying.
No more shall an infant from there live but a few days, Nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days; For the child shall die one hundred years old, But the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed." (Isaiah 65:19-20)
Like in the days before Noah and the flood, people will live long lives. One would still be considered a child if they were one hundred years old; and, for the wicked, dying at one hundred years old would be considered an early death.
There Will Be Peace In & With the Animal Kingdom
"The wolf shall also dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
And the suckling child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder's den.
They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain for they shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea." (Isaiah 11:6-9)
It will be a time, like in the Garden of Eden, when animals would be vegetarians and walk peacefully with each other, and with man as well. It will be a foretaste of of life in the eternal kingdom to come.
Israel will prosper and be a blessing to the nations
"But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, says the LORD of hosts.
For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.
And it shall come to pass, that as you were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and you shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong." (Zechariah 8:11-13).
Just as the river of water that flowed out of the temple and into the Dead Sea made the desert around it productive for food and the sea alive and teeming with fist; Israel itself will be prosperous during the millennium... a shining light to the world showing God's goodness and provision.
As we go through this current pandemic and chaos, continue to keep your eyes focused on our Savior and the wonderful things above; and, on the wonderful things to come for those that love Him.
"Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom." (Luke 12:32)

(Lucas 12:32)
