Has anyone had a problem with Proclaim dropping off the screen when "on air"? Yesterday during my service it happened 3 times and I finally had to give up. This has only happened since the latest Mac OS install and so far it was just this past week.

Hi Richard J. Backus, sorry you're having trouble. I'm not sure about the specifics of your set-up, but this sounds like it could be something like your screen going to sleep. How is your screen connected to your computer? You might double-check your TV and all associated hardware make sure everything is set to stay awake. If that's not at play, does the screen going blank seem to coincide with anything you're doing on Proclaim? Slide changes, On Air edits, etc?- Does it happen with other things on your presentation screen? YouTube video, power point, etc? I had a similar problem and I think it had to do with a very long distance vga cable from pc to projector. When I added a vga port and a second monitor in the sound booth, it seemed to stabilize the signal and haven't lost it since.
- My setup is a wireless hdmi transmitter receiver. I've had no problems with it since we started using it on Easter 2018. It's just this past Sunday (after I had to upgrade to the latest Mac/OS (per Faithlife as you state you will no longer work on the one I had). We are WELL within the limits of the transmitter/receiver. The TV is not going to sleep, nor is the computer. I've double checked the settings - and as far as the operation - it's normal operation - no on air edits - I'm the only one who edits anything - I don't see anything out of the ordinary as far as slide changes - as the video showed. Proclaim is still "on air" but it's as if the computer no longer sees it as "on air" - Twice I had to walk back and take it "off air" and put it back "on air" to get it back on the screen again. I'm going to try hooking it up with a direct hdmi cable in my office and see if it happens again projecting to a second monitor.
