- That was just part of the notes that I pasted into the Content slide Jonathan Weir, I didn't want a line break there
- OK, to revise the song lyrics you are being asked to either divide a long lyric line in half by putting a return at a certain point ... or reduce your font size. Let me try to explain with a recent example on my presentation for this Sunday... here are some pics to help you visualize ... That pink highlighted part is what tells you your lyric slide needs to be adjusted. When I scroll through the slide on the right side of the screen I see that some lines are very tiny font compared to other lines. Also, I note that some verses are scrunched smaller in order to fit the slide. What I have done is insert a line break (put in a return) at the start of a line that seems natural. In the second picture I've put one in the centre of the verse thus splitting it in two. This allows Proclaim to reformat each slide to allow for a larger font size. Then I notice that I have aline that is too long and has been "scrunched" smaller ... it needs to be divided in half too. If after going throught his process that pink highlighted warning hasn't gone away I then reduce the font size. My original was 65, the new one is 62. And I'm done. I hope this helps you figure out what to do with your lyric slides to get rid of that warning. In the end your slides will look much better because you won't have some lines at a tiny font size and others at a large font size.
- Thank you!
