Our presentation for AM Sunday showed on multiple devices but not the one used to run it in the church auditorium. We opened Proclaim on that computer and it showed that it was syncing but the presentation still did not come up. We tried restarting and syncing again and still none. We know the most recent edits were in the cloud as we could see the entire presentation on work computers, another laptop and ipads and iphones. What are we missing? Thank you!
- Yes, we see all of the other presentations - ones that were completed before Sunday and ones that have been done since. We have not tried logging in under another user name...we will give that a try and see what we see there. Thanks!
- Thanks Teri, If you see the presentation when you log in as a different user (that has otherwise been able to see it), have them make a change to the presentation. Reason being, we had a small blip in service on Saturday afternoon. We got everything back up quickly, but presentation changes during that brief window didn't get sent to everyone in the group and led to those presentations "disappearing" from the Open menu. To bring them back, all people need to do is have someone who can see the presentation make a change. We're very sorry for the disruption here. We're looking at the root cause of this to make sure it doesn't happen again.
