Hello,
I'm new to proclaim and am trying to work out what level of subscription would be most suitable for our church. I was wondering if the free pre-loaded media that is available in the bottom level subscription changes? It appears that some of the pre-media we were using last week is now not included? Or maybe we were not as observant last week when we logged in? So just curious to know if it changes from time to time or not?
Thanks,
Mark
- Free media is extremely limited. I supplement was subscriptions to Shift Worship and Skit Guys, but some of their material is included in the more expensive subscriptions.
- Hi Mark, We have a base license subscription that gives you access to create presentations with Proclaim without watermarks call the "Proclaim On Air License" that will include some basic graphics to use for songs, welcome slides, etc. What people most often add to their On Air License is a Pro Media subscription, which you would also have had access to during a trial. That gives you access to all media produced by Faithlife which is updated throughout the year. Ideal if you don't have a graphic designer at your Church. Pro Media will have new graphics for holidays, events in the church liturgical cycle like lent, and generally relevant content for instance during Covid our graphics team created live stream graphics and social distancing graphics. We do also offer a third license to called Partner Media that is specifically third party media not produced by Faithlife that we can provide access to through our media partners (https://proclaim.faithlife.com/partner-media). As noted though, the most popular set of subscriptions for Proclaim is an On Air License with the addition of Pro Media: https://proclaim.faithlife.com/pro-media
- Thanks, I discovered why the graphics vanished. We accidentally started up another trial when we subscribed - so while we only subscribed for the on-air (to see what graphics were included), we were actually getting access to the pro-media as well(which is included in the free trial). And last week the free trial ran out, leaving us with access to the on-air. So have not added the pro-media now. Thanks, Mark
