We are publishing our sermons (using sermons.faithlife.com) and want to add a PDF of our outline to the sermon and have it available for people to download and follow when they are listening to the sermon. However, when I add the PDF file to the sermon, it seems to be treated as either notes or a transcript and isn't displayed on the page for the individual sermon. How can I get the PDF to show up as an attachment on the sermon page to be available?

Hi Dave Harrold, I'm sorry that you are having issues with Faithlife Sermons. I just took a look at https://sermons.faithlife.com/sermons/931226-an-extraordinary-experience and I see that there is a PDF document listed under the files section on this sermon. Are you not able to see this if you refresh the page? If not, can you please verify that I am looking at the correct sermon and let me know what browser you are using?

Hi Michael, yes, you are looking at the correct page. But if you look at out site you don't see the pdf listed or available for download. https://cornerstonefranklin.org/sermons/931226--an-extraordinary-experience I've tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers with the same result.

Ah, I see. Sorry I misunderstood before. This seems like a bug. I'll make sure this gets reported to the right team.
