- Hi Joseph, I'm sorry to hear that, are you saying your desktop application is crashing on more than one computer? Or are you referring to the Proclaim remote? Can you make sure your operating system on your devices are up to date and check for updates in Proclaim. If everything is up to date please submit your logs from the devices that crashed and follow up here so we can take a look.
- Hey Sean, Yes, the desktop app was crashing on two different computers when I attempted to add a slide, and then any time I deleted and redownloaded the app and tried to open the presentation I was editing it crashed. I called Sunday morning and didn't get a resolution on why it crashed. Once I found a workaround to at least play the presentation it crashed one more time when I tried to change the display outputs. I was hoping to hear from someone today about it. I have already submitted the logs
