Some of the better ones (from Tim Keller, partly) include: - Lead worship as if the front two rows are visiting unchurched - Always include a “yeah but” point in your sermon that deals with one of the top belief blockers, this helps those who don’t believe, but also encourages your congregation to invite unbelieving friends and family This stuff is so good I think it can be a part of our leadership training (there’s a book, too).
