  • Greetings. I am new to this platform. I have a LOGOS Diamond 8 edition that is about 5 years old. It was purchased for me when I was in full-time pastoral ministry. I’ve only used it twice and have never bought any additional materials for it. I’m selling it for 1200 OBO for anyone interested. Please message or email (Mathew.b.pope@gmail.com) for photos or further inquiries.

I'm interested in selling my Logos library. I've got many of the major evangelical commentary series (NICOT, NICNT, Exalting Jesus, Tyndale OT and NT, Expositors Bible Commentary, etc.) in addition to all the theology books that I needed for seminary. Ideally, I'd sell the whole library, but I'd be willing to sell it in pieces as well (I've paid about $10,000, but make me any offers). I've attached the Logos export of all my resources to look through. Feel free to reach out to me at nathan+logos@colestock.net.
        1. Looking for NIV84. Willing to pay US$50 for it. Contact me at shipeichong@gmail.com if you are keen to sell. Thanks.
          1. Hi, I've lost faith in logos.com after being mis-sold too many collections/upgrades. I much prefer printed books or kindle. I'm not the targeted user for logos as I used it like kindle; one book open at a time. I have never used any of its features as I have no use for sermon prep, anything on counselling, ministry, Greek, Hebrew etc. I did try the search feature once but had too many irrelevant results (Greek/Hebrew, quotes... everything but what I was actually searching for). For those in ministry I guess the features are useful, but when you only use it to open one book at a time (be it the Bible or a commentary) and read a chapter or two, the program is not helpful. I moved over only when wordsearch was unfortunately acquired by logos and I found it worked far better for me. When the salespeople advise certain upgrades were essential (the ex-wordsearch guy I always dealt with even after he moved to logos) insisted the edition of logos given to wordsearch users was useless and needed certain upgrades just to get it closer to Wordsearch. He knew the type of material I purchased (four years buying wordsearch material with him), I discovered months later one of the more costly ones ($500+) only added the ability to write sermons (no interest) and add a large number of interlinear varieties (again, no interest or use), I came to the conclusion logos were prepared to say anything just to get you to make a purchase; including lying through their teeth. As said, I have no use or interest in anything with more than 1% Greek or Hebrew, ministry features etc. being sold this type of material as 'essential' killed any trust in the Company. My ADD has kicked in and I'm off topic again. My account has over 8k books purchased from Quickverse / Wordsearch / logos. I have attached the exported list of titles (I hope) plus a gaggle of screenprints with the authors in the library (but gave up due to getting a migraine concentrating on the screen) and am unsure if I add my email address or contact should be through this group. Just in case, my addy is ichthus dot wales at gmail dot com. The exported list shows 7984 titles but in logos, it shows as 8503 and includes a number or courses. They are: (v = video; a = audio) AR151 Video CH261 V CH261 A CH307 A HB091 A HB091 V LD111 A LT121 V LT122 V LT123 V LT124 V LT270 V LT271 V NT176 A NT176 V NT211 A NT308 A NT308 V NT313 A NT313 V Selections from the psalms v The storied world of the Bible v Bible survey video series 2 Timothy v Bible survey video series The gospels as the story of Jesus v Anyone interested please let me know. In fairness logos support did tell me I can leave the account in my will to someone, but my nephew would then have the hassle of trying to work out what to do with it (he's agnostic). I'm unlikely to still be around this time next year, so it is better to try and get rid of it. I still have many titles in Pradis (spent almost $2k and I prefer the format as there are many photos (Zondervan Illustrated Bible Backgrounds Commentary) that display far better than the low quality logos ones) plus titles in Libronix that logos refused to accept (purchased from amazon marketplace from one of those large Companies who buy all your books, CD's, DVD's etc). As the titles had been previously registered, logos insisted even though the original user sold them, they retain the digital licence and cannot be re-registered. I think this policy supports software piracy; if you sell the actual media (I have the original discs, cases, sleeves and serial number), you should have the titles removed from your digital account. I sent a copy of my amazon invoice but it was still rejected. I digress again. Thanks all, Blessings, James

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows someone who is looking to sell or donate their logos library. God willing, I may leave my job for the pastoral ministry, earnings may be slim so I was thinking it may be unwise to buy a large new library. I'm new to logos and have swapped over from another Bible app. I looking for a library which is helpful for me. I'm evangelical, reformed, Baptist. Committed to preaching, teaching and prayer. I hope to be focused on preaching Jesus Christ and him crucified as Paul did.
            1. To public

Since Oct 29 2008 until Sept 3 2024, I've been purchasing Logos Bible Software resources. I must have spent over 7,000 CAD, which converts to more than $5,000 USD. This is the reason why I'm selling my entire library for $7,000 CAD. It is negotiable. If you want more pictures or a video about what this library includes; or if you want an exported excel sheet from my Logos "Order History", just ask me: brian.lopez.ipr at gmail dot com.
