BDAG in hard copy or on logos? BDAG is the most important lexicon for studying the Greek New Testament. Of course LSJ is more extensive in its coverage of Classical Greek but should not be your first choice for New Testament study. This lexicon is indispensable. So, should you get it in hard copy or on logos especially if its a couple dollars cheaper on Amazon than on Logos? I've carried my second edition everywhere. Its cloth bound, well bound and worn out. It has sentimental value even. However, with Logos, I have BDAG on my computer, my tablet and in the phone in my pocket. I use it every day: at the office, at church, at home, coffee shops. Its integrated with the "Bible Word Study" feature in Logos, even on the mobile app. I use the Logos version so much more frequently than I did my hard bound copy. If you have to choose there is no debate in my opinion... go for the Logos version.
