We Are Growing
Slowly But Surely
Last week was Easter, and it was a great time gathering to make much of Jesus and the hope that is in Resurrection!
I am excited about the future of our church as we have come back together after/despite the frustrations that Covid-19 did to our ability to worship as a congregation in person.
We are working behind the scenes to be a place in Salina for others to come worship Christ while making friends with other believers and learning more about the Bible. I am looking forward to the next couple weeks as we finish the book of Acts.
I might make the reminder, that we are not trying to be something that we are not. We don't have all of the pieces/resources our church wants or needs (for example: youth and other ministries etc). However, we will continue to our best to grow at a healthy pace and remain dependent on God's blessings and timing. We will also continue to be as authentic as possible while spreading the light and love of Christ to one another. It is our hope and prayer that this will spill beyond the walls of the church to our homes and city.
