Found this quote about this commentary series; a good recommendation found in "How to Read the Bible for all it's Worth" by Gordon D. Fee and Douglas Stuart: "At the present time (1982), there exists no complete up-to-date commentary series that meets the criteria we have described and is also evangelical in theological outlook. Four such series are underway, however ...(listed)... For the time being, the century-old Keil and Delitzsch Commentary on the Old Testament is probably still the single best complete series you can purchase." (p.221)
