RCC Weekly Update 05/20/21
A Message from Pastor Jerry
Buddha is quoted as saying "All beings are the owners of their karma. Whatever volitional actions they do, good or evil, of those they shall become the heir."
Can you imagine living a life carrying around a little tally book, marking off everything you do as either "good" or "evil," hoping you tipped the balance just enough when you take your last breath?
How liberating it is to know that God offers so much more than the false religions of the world. As the Apostle Paul shares, "and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him" (Romans 8:17).
This Sunday, we'll continue our look at "intentionality in relationships," celebrating the offer of perfect relationship through Jesus!
Have a great week!
Hey Kids! Ms. Heather has a great Bible story for you this Sunday! Can't wait to see you on Sunday!
Also, here is a fun song for you! Way back when the Grandpa's & Grandma's at your church were little kids just like you, they used to have fun singing this song when they went to church on Sunday. You can put your name in the song to make it personal, just for you!
If you don’t know the tune for how this song goes, here is a video you can watch to help you learn the tune.
Enjoy singing! 😀
