    And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne and a book was opened and another of the same kind of book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged out from what was written in the books, according to their works.
    They Are Judged for Their Works
    The Demons Will Also be Judged at This Time, 1 Corinthians 6:3; Jude 6

    And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;
    The Sea and Hades Giving Up Their Dead, Revelation 20:13
    Revelation 20:13
    And the sea gave up the dead, the ones in it, and the death and the hades gave up the dead in them, and they, each one, was judged according to their works.
    Sea Is Used of People
    The Unbelievers Alive at the End of the Millennial Kingdom
    Death is not restricted to the physically dead
    Hades Gives Up Its Dead
    All Those Who Died Prior to the Millennial Kingdom Who Did Not Believe
    Referring to spiritual Dead - Humans and Angels
    Death and Hades Are Cast Into the Lake of Fire, Revelation 20:14
    Revelation 20:14 NKJV
    Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
    All Unsaved Are Resurrected - Not to Life
    Those Remaining in Hades are Cast into the Lake of Fire
    The Rephaim are Not Judged, they Are Cast as Abominations into the Lake of Fire, Psalm 88:10; Isaiah 26:14

    Will You work wonders for the dead (הֲלַמֵּתִ֥ים)?
    Shall the dead (רְ֝פָאִ֗ים) arise and praise You?

    They are dead, they will not live;
    They are deceased (רְפָאִ֖ים), they will not rise.
    Therefore You have punished and destroyed them,
    And made all their memory to perish.
    This is the Second Death
    Those of the First Resurrection Will Not be Harmed by the Second Death, Revelation 2:11
    Revelation 2:11
    The one having an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. The overcoming one will never be unrighteously harmed out from the second death.”
    All Those Not Written in the Book of Life are Cast into the Lake of Fire, Revelation 20:15
    Revelation 20:15
    And if someone was not found written in the book of the life, he was cast into the lake of the fire.

    God Makes a New Thing, Revelation 21:1-8

    The New Heavens and Earth, Revelation 21:1
    Revelation 21:1
    And I saw a new heaven and new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth passed away and there was no sea.
    It is a creation in which righteousness settles down and feels at ease, 2 Peter 3:13

    Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
    The first has passed away
    The sea no longer exists
    The New Jerusalem, Revelation 21:2
    Revelation 21:2
    And the city of the saints, new Jerusalem, I saw coming down out from the heaven from the God, made ready as an adorned bride for her husband.
    The new heavenly Jerusalem
    Likened to a bride adorned for her husband
    Comes from God out from the Heaven, Revelation 3:12
    Revelation 3:12
    The overcomer, I will give to him a pillar in the temple of My God and going out he will never go. Yet also I will write upon him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which will come down out from the heaven from My God and My new name.
    This is the city of God, Hebrews 12:22-24

    But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.
    God now tents among humans, Revelation 21:3
    Revelation 21:3
    And I heard a great voice out from the heaven saying, “Behold the tent of the God is with the humans and He will tent among them, and they will be His people and the God Himself will be among them.”
    A Voice from the Heaven - New Third Heaven
    God tents with Humans
    Residence of Saints From Abel up to Abraham, Hebrews 12:23
    Hebrews 12:23 NKJV
    to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,
    Since God is Tenting it Shows this is not the residence of the Church
    We are always with Christ, 1 Thessalonians 4:17

    Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
    We are citizens of heavens, Philippians 3:20
    Philippians 3:20
    For our citizenship is in heaven (οὐρανοῖς - heavens), from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
    He wipes away their tears, Revelation 21:4
    Revelation 21:4
    And He will wipe away the tears out from their eyes and death will be no more, neither mourning, neither weeping, neither pain will be anymore because the first things are past.
    Those living on earth - The millennial kingdom saints, Revelation 7:17

    for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
    Those upon the earth, Isaiah 25:7-8
    Isaiah 25:7–8 NKJV
    And He will destroy on this mountain The surface of the covering cast over all people, And the veil that is spread over all nations. He will swallow up death forever, And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the Lord has spoken.
    No more death
    No more mourning
    No more pain
    God makes a new thing, Revelation 21:5
    Revelation 21:5
    And the One sitting upon the throne said, “Behold, I am making a new thing.” And He said, “Write, because these words are faithful and true.”
    He is the beginning and end, Revelation 21:6
    Revelation 21:6
    And He said to me, “It is done. I am the alpha and the omega, the first and the last. I will give to the one who thirst out from the spring of living water a gift.
    The overcomer inherits these things, Revelation 21:7
    Revelation 21:7
    The victorious one will inherit these things and I will be his God and he will be My son
    Law will not exist - Sons (Still a standard)
    The one who is victorious is the one who believed God, 1 John 5:4

    For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
    Those who are not overcomers take part in the second death, Revelation 21:8

    But the cowardly ones, even unbeliever even detestable, even murderers, even fornicators, even sorcerers, and all the liars, their part is in the lake, the one burning with fire and sulfur. This is the second death.”
