The Executive Pastor’s Conference (XPS) is an annual Summit of Executive Pastors and Operations Pastors focused on networking and an exchange of ideas and best practices. It is unique in that it is a interactive time BY XP’s FOR XP’s. It is usually held in January and features small group interaction with peers talking about best practices on subjects such as Staffing, Programming, Finances, Multi-site. We also include a “value add” time bringing in speakers or other expertise sharing their experience and expertise focused on what would be most helpful to other XP’s.

A majority of the attendees are from Restoration Movement churches (Christian Church, Churches of Christ) but any evangelistic oriented, Jesus loving church Executive or Operations Pastor is welcome to attend as theology is not the focus, but leading our staff teams and churches well is the main focus.
