The Herschel Hobbs Commentary contains expository treatment of each focal passage in the Adult Life and Work Bible studies for this quarter. The approach to each lesson contains: an introduction, an examination of the background necessary for understanding the lesson, and an exposition of the focal verses. Greek and Hebrew words are explained, the message of the Scripture is clarified, and its truth is applied to life. The Bible exposition is based on the King James Version.
