What a perfect gift in such turmoil! This is a great read to help people to set themselves firmly on the rock of Christ. Too often it is easy to have your foundations where a crisis occurs, but as Piper insightfully shows time and again, we have nothing to fear with God as our Rock.

This is by far the most exciting book on Prayer I have ever read. Exciting, not because of some 10 step plan I should follow to be better in prayer, but excited at how MacArthur has drawn me closer to God's heart to understand why we pray as well. This should be a must read for any Bible study/Fellowship group wanting to be more serious about prayer. And I didn't realise until the end of the book that there is a very helpful study guide included in it as well. Please read this book now! You will not be disappointed

This has got to be one of the most comprehensive and in-depth solidly Biblical discipleship programs ever made. A must have for anyone serious in sharing their faith with others. Highly recommended!
