• I am more than half way through the audio files and hurtling towards the end. owing to the intensity of the subject matter, I am compelled to purchase the actual book and have already done so. Amazon promises to have it at my door by tomorrow. Nabeel Qureshi has set off a firestorm in my brain that is the answer to set of questions that I have been pondering for sometime now. My first encounter with this young man was by way of a Youtube replay of a Christian apologetics speech that was being hosted by an educational institution - maybe, not sure. But whatever the occasion or wherever the place, I was duly impressed by his speech content, comprehensiveness, and delivery. My previous attempts to gain a better understanding about the convictions of Muslims were fraught with misunderstanding, misgivings, and ignorance. Now, and for the first time ever, I can grasp it because Nabeel has given me a birdseye view of how the Muslim faith holds itself together ( or more precisely, cannot hold itself together). I'm even more excited about getting a print copy of the book than I was about plunging into the audio files. I have no doubt that the bibliography will prove a treasuretrove of references that I can use to expand my studies. I'll finally be able to confidently, knowledgably, and sensitively have open discourse with Muslim friends and acquaintances that I encounter.
