- If you excuse my intrusion. This is the second of the multi-volume classic series. One of the best on the history of philosophy, but it can be a little 'dry' from time to time. First published in 1946. I have an edition from 1962. Don't think it changed. Just a reissue. You can probably find many reviews or commentaries (even samples) online. God bless.
- Logos should say which version of the Bible Louise used, so we can dovetail the right Bible with her book for proper functionality.
- Logos can’t provide information the publisher doesn’t give them. I have the print form of the book and publisher doesn’t specify a specific translation. At time it spells out it is a paraphrase. With a book like this that is teaching grammar as a second language or for use in homeschooling it would be expected to find the text to be paraphrased or what might in other situations called a graded reader.
- We are committed to providing sample pages for live products. For a variety of reasons, it is not always possible to provide sample pages for Pre-Pubs, such as this one. In these situations, you might want to keep in mind that you are free to return the product for a complete refund within 30 days of your order being processed.
