• Dr. Estep taught a clear, exact of the Anabaptist revolution of the church. He taught and wrote in this book: The Anabaptists didn't reform the church. They took it back to its New Testament basis of a church of people who had made an adult profession of faith, experientially knew the cleansing rebirth, infilling of the Holy Spirit, and were baptized.. When they met as a church they experienced God's presence through Jesus Christ and His empowering of the church. They were willing to risk their lives for this New Testament experience to the true faith. Like Jesus, they, for the most part, treated their enemies like Jesus said to in Matt. 5:43-48, not like Calvin, Luther, and Zwingli did. I own a copy of this book and have given it away to Mennonites and Baptists. It's worth it. I paid more for my copies. This is a great price and for digital.
