      1. If you upload a protected picture file unknowingly even though you've given credit for the intellectual property can this effect the functioning of Proclaim Software? I seem to be locked out after making such an addition.
    2. Knox Rox will be March 26th due to scheduling and the break affecting our musicians' availability. Please take note.  Thanks, Pastor
      1. We now have the opportunity to post weekly news and an electronic bulletin here through Proclaim.  I'm looking into posting the bulletin and it looks like there's a possibility we could record the sermon with visual aids and post it through our software.
        1. Not only will this be clearer for those with impaired hearing, it could be offered to those, currently unknown to us, listening to the web feed allowing us to develop a stronger relationship
      2. Proclaim now has a digital church bulletin with features that could be very beneficial to Knox.  I am investigating how to utilize this new tool and will share with you potential ideas in the near future.  Looking forward to our Fall worship session together.  Blessings, Pastor Howard
        1. I'm this far. Should I be seeing / finding anything beyond here?
        2. Hi Jim, Did you see a group designated as Knox Worship Team?  If you can log into that group you should see the bulletin.  Peace, Pastor
      3. There is another update that needs to be installed on the sanctuary computer.  It contains some good features for backgrounds and preparing slides. Thanks Alex. Peace, Pastor Howard
        1. Updated Applied last night.
        2. Thanks Alex, that's great.  I'm looking forward to utilizing the system on Sunday with some interesting material for worship. Peace, Pastor
      4. So are we allowed to edit the slides if we find an error? Just now I tried to practise by clicking on "Documents", and saw the list of files which have the slides for each service in them. But the "Actions" I could take were only to either Delete or Duplicate; i.e., no Edit.
        1. Edit happens automatically by changing the slide. It is immediately updated to your corrected version and saved in the cloud. This means corrections other than spelling need to be communicated like this so presenters aren't caught by surprise. Thanks for your assistance today you handled things well. Peace, Pastor
        2. I don't think you can edit unless you have the program on your computer. If you see something you think needs correcting, it's probably best to contact Pastor Howard or Deborah. Too many cooks...
      5. It looks good. Is there a way to print the slides for me for Sunday?
        1. I will look into the printing for you and have an answer tomorrow morning for sure, Maggie. Deborah, do you have a response for the chorus? If we want it sung after each verse there is a nifty way of having the program duplicate the slide by telling the chorus to repeat in the slide order. However, I didn't notice a chorus in the structure of 436 just six verses. Peace, Pastor
        2. If you would like to print presentation slides, you must do so through your web browser using documents.logos.com. First, go to the account menu in Proclaim and select 'View presentation online' (This is found under your user logon in the top right hand corner of the screen). Once you have displayed the week's service slides you can then print them out showing the slides in each subsection of the service. I'm not sure if this is all that helpful, but that's the print service feature of the software. Peace, Pastor
        3. It worked beautifully. Thank you!
      6. The slide for the last hymn does not include 436.
        1. I have adjusted the size of the print within the hymn slides this week and improved the contrast (hopefully). If you can observe on Sunday and give me your feedback that would be helpful. Also, let me know how helpful people find it to "watch," the announcements verses "hear," them. Some feedback indicates we still need to highlight important events. Blessings, Pastor
          1. Howard, I forgot to mention that after speaking with Francie yesterday she thought that the opening hymn for this Sunday is “Here I am to worship” which I have put into the service. Hope we were right! Thanks, Carol
          2. The font size looks good on my screen here at work.
