- Can you tell me how this compares to the abridged edition.
- The abridged edition is less expansive on the languages. It removes a lot of the discussion and gets right to the meaning of the text. (It is the exact same thing as the EBC, just heavily edited.) Think of the abridged edition as more of a "glorified" study Bible. The EBC is an actual set of commentaries.
