This prophecy has been considered in different times and seen to represent current events in many different ages. If we think of current events we might see ISIL, with its' many arms of terror as the beast with ten horns. The Good News is that the beast only prevails for a time then the Ancient of Days comes and puts the beast down. Again we are called to turn to our God, humble ourselves and look to His Salvation. I will remain in prayer that this king with ten horns be put in its' place. There may be other interpretations of this passage but the lesson is clear. Depend on God for His deliverance!
