Tomorrow, kids will begin week 2 of our series, MAKE IT OR BREAK IT. They will hear about the fall of the first humans and how God still cared for them (Genesis 3).         1. Why hello there sweet summertime! It’s June, Crosspoint Families! With a new month means a new series for our Crosspoint Kids. This month’s series is called MAKE IT OR BREAK IT! Whether it’s with LEGO bricks, Minecraft, or Roblox, kids (and adults!) love to make things — and sometimes break them. In this four-week series from the very beginning of the Bible, we’ll compare God’s ability to make good things with our tendency to break them. Through the stories of creation, the fall, Cain and Abel, and the Tower of Babel, we’ll see that GOD MAKES GOOD THINGS, GOD UNBREAKS WHAT’S BEEN BROKEN, GOD MADE US DIFFERENT ON PURPOSE, and WE CAN HONOR GOD WITH THE THINGS WE MAKE. Tomorrow, kids will hear about how God created the world in the beginning(Genesis 1:1-2:4) and learn that GOD MAKES GOOD THINGS. Check out what your kids will learn all month long and how you can help them grow at home. Take note of our new memory verse this month and introduce it to your kids. It’s Hebrews 3:4, “For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything." REMINDER! There will be NO classes at Crosspoint this coming Wednesday June 7th. Please pray for our leaders and kiddos that will attend Adventure Camp at Camp Dixon this week. They are myself, Tammy, Marcus and Michael, and kiddos Savannah, Frankie Jo, Adalena, and a new friend kids will meet, Carson. We are expectant that God will move and do great things!

Tomorrow we will begin a new 4-week series called HEROIC on the life and ministry of the heroes of the early Church. Savannah Pace is our student leader for May and she’s ready! Every kid wishes they had superpowers, amirite?!? With Jesus, we don’t need x-ray vision or invisibility to be heroes! In HEROIC, kids will hear stories about the heroes of the Early Church — the apostles and disciples who used their unique abilities to spread the good news of Jesus. Through their stories, we’ll see that ANYONE CAN DO GREAT THINGS FOR GOD, GOD GIVES EVERYONE A MISSION, THE HOLY SPIRIT GIVES US POWER, and WE’RE HEROIC WHEN WE WORK AS A TEAM. Tomorrow, kids will hear how Jesus comforted his disciples when he knew he would soon be going away (John 14:1-14). This week, kids will hear about the time Jesus restored Peter (John 21:1-17). They will learn that I CAN SHARE GOD’S LOVE EVERY DAY. Keep working on our monthly memory verse, I do believe they all have this one memorized! It’s Luke 24:6, “He is not here; He has risen!”

They will learn that I CAN MEET WITH JESUS EVERY DAY. Continue to work on our monthly memory verse, "He is not here; he has risen!" - Luke 24:6 Kids will get to celebrate Savannah Pace’s baptism tomorrow. We will bring your kids in during the last song. We are very excited and so proud that Savannah made the decision to give her life to Jesus! Praise the Lord!
