Why hello there sweet summertime! It’s June, Crosspoint Families! With a new month means a new series for our Crosspoint Kids. This month’s series is called MAKE IT OR BREAK IT!
Whether it’s with LEGO bricks, Minecraft, or Roblox, kids (and adults!) love to make things — and sometimes break them. In this four-week series from the very beginning of the Bible, we’ll compare God’s ability to make good things with our tendency to break them. Through the stories of creation, the fall, Cain and Abel, and the Tower of Babel, we’ll see that GOD MAKES GOOD THINGS, GOD UNBREAKS WHAT’S BEEN BROKEN, GOD MADE US DIFFERENT ON PURPOSE, and WE CAN HONOR GOD WITH THE THINGS WE MAKE. Tomorrow, kids will hear about how God created the world in the beginning(Genesis 1:1-2:4) and learn that GOD MAKES GOOD THINGS.
Check out what your kids will learn all month long and how you can help them grow at home. Take note of our new memory verse this month and introduce it to your kids. It’s Hebrews 3:4, “For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything."
REMINDER! There will be NO classes at Crosspoint this coming Wednesday June 7th. Please pray for our leaders and kiddos that will attend Adventure Camp at Camp Dixon this week. They are myself, Tammy, Marcus and Michael, and kiddos Savannah, Frankie Jo, Adalena, and a new friend kids will meet, Carson. We are expectant that God will move and do great things!
