- I'd give it more stars but the Nicene Creed contains the filioque without any notes or explanations as to why it's there and why it's presence is controversial.
- How does this volume deal with the filioque controversy? Since both authors appear to be Roman Catholic, I will assume they support the insertion of the clause.
- Charles, I took a look at the book and found an extended discussion of the filioque controversy in ch. 5. The authors attempt to provide a fair analysis of both Eastern and Western perspectives, including much interaction with the Church Fathers. In the end, though, unsurprisingly, they remain with the majority Western perspective.
- The description says it contains Enoch, but it's not in the version which I purchased here. Really wanted this for the reverse Interlinear of Enoch.
