Chris joined the United States Navy in 1995 and served our country for 22 years, retiring in 2017 as a Chief Petty Officer. Believing that God has called him to full time ministry Chris began attending college in 2008. He has graduated with a Masters of Arts in Religion from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently finishing a Masters of Divinity in Homiletics. He has been married to Rebekah for 11 years and they have three biological children, Hayden, Jeremiah and Adelynn. They began to foster in 2017 and it was through this avenue that God brought Nyah into their family. Chris’ deepest desire is for the church to passionately pursue Christ and represent Him to a world that needs to hear His Gospel. This can happen best through fervent preaching of the Word of God and compassionate shepherding of His people.
