- Please provide a step by step process for this Lesson Commentary, I have yet to figure how to redeem and download on my computer. This is extremely aggravating , you really need to go back to the disks. I have put my code in and still nothing..... Sincerely Frustrated Nothing should be this hard to figure out. My thoughts also. I have gone through several trials of down loading the code that came with my copy of the 2018-2019 commentary.
