- These are NOT good reviews from FAITHFUL consumers of this program. It appears the left hand doesn't know why the right hand exists. Why are we paying for upgrades for this WONDERFUL software only to find that a new version is being released at additional cost without a form of LEVERAGE or compensation WHEN this happens. I stopped at L6 because the same issues happened when I was making installments on L5... Kinda puts a bad taste in your mouth in regards to customer service. Not even going there with ANY spiritual implications about this...
- My frustration is I just bought Logos 6 months before they released 7. It was less than 6 months to be exact. It's frustrating because if I had waited a few more months I could have had 7 for a similar amount. Lastly, I'd buy an upgrade to just the software if it didn't have all the new resources. Many of these resources either I already own or care little about.
