- FYI, there are no page numbers contained in the Logos version of this resource. This is highly disappointing from a research standpoint. And there is no index of English headwords, as noted by a previous reviewer.
- Please accept my apologies. The update was not released due to an oversight. It will go out next week.
- I believe this Logos edition was created using an electronic edition from the publisher that did not include page numbers. Although I understand that page numbers are desirable, we cannot simply add them in arbitrarily if the source edition did not include them. I am asking our team to investigate this matter.
- This is full of so many clear examples where the commentary authors force the theological system of "Free Grace" onto biblical texts, which plainly teach otherwise. This is chock full of plain eisegesis. If I want to read of a strange interpretation, novel in church history, I look up the notes in this commentary on a particular biblical text.
- In case this has still not been answered, the second volume of this set was written by different authors than Ferguson. It can be found here: https://www.logos.com/product/52619/church-history-volume-two-from-pre-reformation-to-the-present-day
- He was referring to the second EDITION of volume 1, not the second volume. I am assuming that you still have the 1st edition as well, so I will have to look elsewhere for the second edition?
