• This book is terrible! It is written in 18th Century Elizabethian English on a post-graduate level that is both dry and monotonous. I find it hard to believe that any modern Christian can glean anything useful from this book.
    1. I suppose you would also denigrate the writings of Shakespeare - and even the KJV Bible itself (though it was the primary Word for Christians for centuries). It's a pity that rather than choosing to expand your knowledge, reading, and comprehension abilities, you've chosen to limit yourself by your criticisms. While I haven't read the whole book, I have read some of it and find it to be rich and spiritually profitable - and I am no post graduate - just one who loves all kinds of good literature - especially that which is spiritually edifying and beneficial.
    2. Your comment is bad and you should feel bad.
