This is an excellent course. Every Christian should have a working knowledge of how the Bible was transmitted to us from the beginning. Understanding how the variations came about, how scholars and scribes labored over the scriptures, and why there are various translations are important topics. Knowing history removes the fear of non-preferred translations and also gives us confidence in the word we hold in our hands. Michael Heiser does an excellent job in presenting a clear explanation. I'd put this course in the top five I have ever taken.
