I don't have the physical copy, so I can't compare directly, but the issue with missing notes seems to be resolved or is being resolved. I just looked up some genealogies in Ezra and the notes are present as links at the bottom of the images containing the genealogies. Someone with a physical book may want to verify if these are the same notes found in the book. So for me, so far so good!
