This is a great look through the context of Titus and the churches on Crete at our own modern situation. The end of the book leaves the best key for helping God's churches and His people as we share the Gospel.

Great practical book on leadership!

This book resonated with me because it was not just another leadership book. Blackaby and Blackaby present leadership from God's perspective, not just leadership with biblical principles tacked on. Of all the leadership books I have, which are many, this one ranks at the top. It's as much challenging as it is encouraging and inspirational. Every leader (or wanna be) needs this book on his or her bookshelf.
