• This is a very good book on parables. John McArthur explains so many things about parables and how they work and how Jesus used them for his ministry. Very good insight both on the technical and spiritual sides, and it is to the point and concise. I have the Kindle edition and liked it so much that I wanted it in my Logos library.
    1. Logos is the Best Bible Software anywhere. I recommend the Bronze Library for new users because it contains all the Greek and Hebrew for word studies and other Bible Study. You may think the price is expensive but you get what you pay for, how can you put a price on the Word of God and Salvation. Where can you get a full EG White library and Bible study tools for this price? After Bronze you can just buy the individual books that you want instead of upgrading the library with books you may not need or use. You can also add many Personal Books to you library for free that you can make or download from the SDA Faithlife page.
      1. Hello brother! Can you share the Adventist faithlife site?
    2. I ordered a paper copy of the MEV three weeks ago, but it won't arrive until 5/19 or a few days later. I am excited for this new translation. I hope Logos will put all their effort into getting this one ready. For us KJV readers this translation is long awaited.
      1. QOD (Questions On Doctrine) Is the single most decisive book ever printed in the name of the Adventist Church. Causing a wave of confusion in its wake that still exists today, even though it has been out of print for almost 40 years. It threatens our identity and our distinctive message, as a statement of what we were supposed to believe. This book is good to have for reference material so we can know what was actually printed. The book contains much good material, but in order to disguise error of the doctrine Babylon it is usually mixed with the truth. This is one of the "Books of a new order". That was predicted after the the book Dr Kellogg had printed called "The Living Temple".
        1. There is an app already in the windows store that I use occasionally. I guess the new app will replace this one and improve on it? I don't have a windows phone, but I have a windows 8.1 tablet which I run the full version of Logos 6 on, this should run faster on my tablet so I'm for the new app. The sooner the better Logos (Faithlife).
          1. what is the app you already use on your 8.1 tablet ?
          2. Maybe they removed it. It is Logos with the standard Logos Icon. I just used it a couple days ago. It is not very good though. You can only read, no notes or highlighting. It's in windows store. I use it on my laptop and desktop. I don't have a Win dowsing phone.
