- God tells us in the Bible there is an end to sin, that end is eminent (which means any time and suddenly). Testified to by Jesus and all the writers of the NT. We, are told, to be ready. Dispensational premillennialism is not responsible for anything...sin is. If God, Christ, and every writer warns be ready, live as if it is the next second, then who are you blaming?
- I am puzzled as to how their statement "The earth is in danger" was arrived at in seminary. The earth is kept by God as so stated in Colossians. Is God doing a poor job? Can man do better? Does this clear statement come from the unsettled and unclear studies in the science of climatology. Some of the best minds in science have spoken against the temperature studies. It seems every study has, in hindsight, been shown to have added temperature assumptions to the totals only from the mind of man. Yes, temperatures assumptions from the mind of man and not from actual data. Satan has a program of deception waiting for every mind that wants to think for God. Of course we need to be responsible for everything that God has assigned for man. But, seminary professors making science claims as Truth, and than declaring a set of programs for Christians. Seminaries have a way of fostering and foisting this type of hubris....shame, shame, shame.
- Is Logos for Christian worship, or a site that worships money—selling even the lie of Allah?
- I mean no offense, but I suspect Logos' motivation is nothing so sinister, and frankly would only suspect such ill motive as a last result when all other options were exhausted. I suspect rather that they are providing such resources to folks who long to see Muslims delivered from deception and won to Christ. With vocal Muslim apologists, such as Dr. Zakir Naik, filling the ears of Muslims, being armed with an understanding of the Muslim mindset and arguments seems to me to be a useful instrument to have in our arsenal. While I fully understand that our primary evangelistic tools are the Word and Spirit, I for one am thankful that Logos provides the resources they do - including this one.
