- Ecclesia semper reformanda est. Daryl Hart demonstrates not only a knowledge of why the Reformation occurred, but that it still has valid theological points which ecumenism has not addressed. It theological doctrine, church polity, ecclesiology, and history matter, then this book requires a careful reading. After all, the Council of Trent has not been repudiated by the Vatican.
- In a grand perspective, I find the utilization and integration of the books and tools very useful, for both scholarly and personal study. I do hope that some of the more obscure works will eventually wend their way into these online collections, as then I'll surely be able to reduce the hardback volumes I now have in my library. As for particular authors being included, or excluded, I find that there will never be full agreement of all persons at all times. It is also often instructive to reveal how people thought at a given era and locale. Some people will serve a variety of examples, whether good or bad, but informative nonetheless. And the only perfect examle any of us can agree upon, is Jesus Christ.
