- I hope the individual titles from the Monograph series will be made available for purchase soon. Although I would very much like to own most of the volumes in the whole series, the cost is prohibitive to me, and to many others, I'm sure. I have mentioned volumes in this Langham series to my students for years, and I'm grateful for their availability through Logos.
- I hope this book will be released soon. Di Vito has dealt with original Mesopotamian sources in such a way as to provide us with detailed information on how the construction of personal names of people in Sumeria and Akkadia reflected their relationship to a personal or familial god. This study should be of benefit not only to specialists in ANE languages, but also to students of the Bible who would like to better understand the background of Mesopotamian names and institutions that appear in its pages.
- Like many of those who have reviewed this set below, I own a full set of McLintock and Strong. It is fragile, but so worth opening with care! The lengthy articles on biblical and theological issues alone are worth far more than the projected price of the set. The set has been digitized by Google, but I am eager to have access to this set as a fully indexed, searchable part of my Logos collection. I hope it will be available soon.
