I cannot recommend this set if a liberal like John Goldingay contributes to it. Loved Paul Tanner's impressive volume, enjoying Chou, Bateman, Derickson, and Baugh when reading their contributions. Glad to have some of the other digitally published volumes, too.

Loving this book. My reading is ongoing, but I certainly recommend it to both believers and unbelievers.

Such a great book. This short book is packed with powerful quotes, thoughts and Puritan theology of evangelism for further meditation. Thanks Pastor Joel Beeke.

I don't see J. Paul Tanner's "Daniel" volume from the EEC set.

I am sorry, but that volume is not included in this set.

I just completed reading this book and find it the best commentary on Daniel that I know. Tanner provides important historical background, comparison charts, interaction with other viewpoints, helpful bibliographies, insightful commentary, textual analysis, thorough scholarship, development of biblical theology, and meditations on devotional content. Reading this commentary drew me into greater communion with the Lord and helped me understand the text. Tanner's citation of other sources are faithful, diligent, helpful and extensive. His thorough research, scholarship and explanation broadened my understand of so many aspects of Daniel. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this commentary and highly recommend it to all believers.

Does the author interpret the 70 weeks as something in the future or already fulfilled?
